Sangoli Rayanna Rajyabhishek Celebrated in Nandgad…

Jai Malhar

(On the occasion of 179th Smriti Anniversary - 26th January 2010)
( RAYANNA NAYAK : B:15-Aug-1798, D:26-Jan-1831)

26th January 2010 is 179th Death Anniversary of the Great Rayanna Nayak, the formost freedom fighter/the Mahanayak of swaraj movement of India. The great Rayann Nayak of Sangoli village near Belgaum was fighting against the British Raj for the freedom of Rani Chennamma of Kittur Queen of Rashtriya samaj, Rayanna Nayak along with his several communities was hanged on 26th January 1831by the British Raj. Britshers overthrowing Indians from power, started to rule India. India was being ruled by the Rashtriy samaj/National castes/communities like Koli, Dhangar, Kunbi/Maratha, Jat, Gond, Mahar, Matang etc. Then came Moghuls/Britishers/others to rule India. So it was struggle of freedom basically between Rashtriya samaj and foreign intruders But to erase this fact, propoganda of the fake Swaraj movement between Britshers and congress was made by bothe Britishers as well as congressmen. British borned congress was fighting for the welfare of movement upper strata of Indian Society. Then in India there were small states/local governments in widest/largest tribal India and were prominently run by koli, Dhangar, Ramoshi, Bedar, Rajgond, Mahar, and Matang or by likewise National communities. This is the real History of India. Though it in hide, it is happened history of India.
Here we are not going for details/proofs, as they are deliberaty kept hidden, more ever destroyed, by the ememy rulers of Rashtriya samaj/national communities. Koli, Dhangar, Ramoshi, Bedar, Mahar Gond, Matang, and likewise castes and communties comprise more than the 50% India’s population.
But now, once ruling Rashtriya samaj have became the politically neglected communities throughout India. These castes and commnuties have been pushed backword from all power centers of India. So once ruling but now politically neglected Rashtriya samaj needs political empowerment to stand with the commnuties now ruling in India. Rastriya samaj needs educational, economical and social empowerment. This can be done by the social, economical educational and the political empowerment is the best and the only solution. It is rightly said that politcs is the masters key to solve all the problems, Poltically neglected castes and communties i.e. Rashtriya samaj of India.

Maharashtra-Koli, Mali, Kunbi, Dhangar, Valmiki, Ramoshi, Agri, Bhandri, Matang, Rajgond etc.

Gujrat-Rabari, Bharwad, Koli, Kanbi, Agri, Maldhari, etc.

U.P-Rajbhar, Yadav, Gaderia, Kurmi, Pal, Baghel etc.

M.P-Mallah, Nishad, Gaderia,Yadav, Dhangar etc.

Karnataka- Kuruba, Bedar, Koli Mogvira, Valmiqi, Madiga, etc. [The list of Rashtriy samaj is incomplete, like wise many other castes and communities are to be/may be added] This is sample record and model is theory applicable to all castes/ communities coming within the Rashtriy samaj.

Maharashtra- Maharashtra may be the biggest/oldest home land of Rashtriy samaj. Only Dhangar 17%, koli 7%, Mali 8%, Matang 6% Agri 4% comprise 42% population of Maharshtra.

Union of India- Dhangar [shepherds of India] and koli [Fishermen’s of India], only these two national communities bearing different names in different areas comprise 15% population of India ,Rashtriya samaj is majority holding samaj in India. Rashtriya samaj/ Neglecated castes and communities/ the majority samaj is pushed and kept backward from all power centers throughout Maharashtra and other parts of India, So empowerment of these national communities is most urgent needed agenda, as it is empowerment of national communities, as well as empowerment of nation India also.
Now it is 58 years and still these above mentioned communities are neglected throughout India, Political empowerment is the easiest and most effective way to solve this problem. Only through political empowerment, the educational, economical, and all other problems may be/can be solved easily, effectively and a so at the earliest.
Now how this politicical empowerment can be achived in soverign, democratic/Republic India. That is the only subject and is the only question before us.
India is our country. We the Rashriya samaj were ruling this country. But now we are being ruled and are deprived of everything. Not only we the national communities but nation India is also is being ruined by these rulers. It is time to change the rulers of India. We have vote power, money power and deed power also. Then what needed now? What is to be done now? We appeal to Rashtriya samaj members of neglected castes and communities to take the pen and send us your views/opinion in writing on the following subject…

Swaraj of Rashtriya Samaj!
Why and how?

Your views may possibly lead all of us towards the possibly best solution...

Rayanna of Sangoli

The FORGOTTEN National Hero!

Kittur Rani Chennamma (1778 - 1829) was the queen of the princely state of Kittur in Karnataka. In 1824, 33 years before the 1857 war of independence, she led an armed rebellion against the British. Rani Chennamma, born 56 years before the 1857 rebel Rani Laxmi Bai, who is known as the first woman to fight against British governance. But Rani Chennamma is first Indian Lady Rulers to have fought for independence. She became queen of her native kingdom and married Raja Mallasarja, of the Desai family, and had one son; after her son's death in 1824 she adopted Shivalingappa, and made him heir to the throne. The British did not accept this and ordered Shivalingappa's expulsion. Chennamma defied the order: a battle ensued, during which Chennamma fought fiercely with the aid of her lieutenant, Sangolli Rayanna, but was ultimately captured and imprisoned at Bailhongal Fortin 1824. (Where she died on 21 February 1829) Rayanna of Sangoli continued the battles against British till 1831.On 11 September 2007 a statue of Rani Chennamma was unveiled at the Indian Parliament Complex by Pratibha Patil, the first woman President of India. Thus the first freedom fighter Lady Rani Chennamma is honored. But her lieutenant SANGOLI RAYANNA is still in the dark.
Rayanna the pioneer of Guerrilla War in India…
Who is Rayanna? Rayanna was born in the small village of Sangolli, he belonged to the Kuruba Gowda / Dhangar caste and hence a warrior. He fought the British till his death. He was the army chief of the Kingdom of Kittur ruled at the time by Rani Chennamma. Rani chennamma was put in the jail by British. On 5th December 1824 pulling down the SWARAJ FLAG of Kittur, the Union Jack of British was hoisted on KITTUR FORT. Rayanna Nayak putting crown to Dattak Putra of Rani Chennamma continued to fight against British. The PATEL and KULKARNI of Sangoli village loyalist to British started harassing Rayanna and his family members. His land was confiscated, and of what remained of it was heavily taxed. He extracted huge sums of money from notorious landlords and bureaucrats. He taxed the landlords and built up an army from the masses. He used guerrilla tactics to attack British government property and British army camps. Imprisoned Rani Chennamma died in Bailhongal fort on 21st February 1829. Capturing DESUR FORT from British Rayanna along with his army hoisted SWARAJ FLAG of KITTUR on DESUR FORT. Rayanna is considered by many historians as the pioneer of guerrilla warfare in India. He is pioneer of non co-operation movement to British Government also. Rayanna`s Government ordered not to co-operate foreign Rulers. He continued this warfare till 1830. It is said that the landlords along with the British forced his father in law to cheat Sangolli Rayanna. When Rayanna was having a bath, the British army attacked. Rayanna hanged on 26th January 1831 in Nandagad of Belgaum district. At the time of being hanged he said “This is our country. To rule India is our Birth right. Who are you to rule India? So leave our country and let us rule our country. My last wish is to be born again in the country to fight against the British and drive them away from our sacred soil" British drove away as wished by Rayanna. But British born Congress and their successors are ruling India. In Rayanna`s army there were Lingayat, Muslim, Bedar, Maratha, Jangam, Kurba-Dhangar, Jain, etc. It was liberation of common mass. It was crowning of Rashtriya Samaj. Rani Chennamma or Rani Laxmibai was fighting for their KINGDOM also but Rayanna and his army were fighting for NATION as well as for PEOPLE of INDIA. He was hanged on 26th January 1831. Why not he is being remembered? What so called LEADERS & INTELLECTUALS of INDIA are doing?
Sangoli Rayanna Rajyabhishek celebrated in Nandgad…

On this background, Sangoli Rayanna Rajyabhishek, Anniversary Day was celebrated on behalf of Mahadev Jankar- Rashtriya Samaj Party on 26th January 2010 at Nandgad –Belgaum in the presence of Chief Guest Shri Yallappa Kurbar, Honorable Mayor Belgaum Municipal Corporation. After symbolic RAJYABHISHEK of Sangoli Rayanna by RSP, Open Seminar on “Swaraj of Rashtriya Samaj why and how?” was held under the chairmanship of Shri Mahadev Jankar, National President Rashtriya Samaj Party. Mahadev Jankar in his prominent address on the occasion said that “I am here to make NAMAN to Rayanna of Sangoli who sacrificed his life to DAMAN British Raj. But Karnataka and Central Government is trying to DAFAN the HISTORY of Rayanna. So my party is here to DAFAN Congress, BJP and other ruling parties who have neglected Sangoli Rayanna`s SMARAK of Nandgad. Rayanna of Sangoli is RASHTRA VEER, but being limited calling him KANNAD VEER. Sangoli Rayanna and many others sacrificed their life for SWARAJ of India. But who is ruling free India? SONs of Rayanna are not ruling India. Why not Sons of Rayanna dreams/claims to be Prime Minister of India? Who has given the birth to these ruling political parties? What is the role of Sons of Rayanna in these parties? Have they any role in decision making and controlling the party? These are the few questions which made us to establish our own party and further to hold RAJYABHISHEK of Sangoli Rayanna the foremost freedom fighter and foremost leader of SWARAJ movement of India. 26th January 1831 is the day when Rayanna of Sangolli was hanged by British. Rayanna and his 400+colleagues fought against British Raj for liberation of Rani Chennamma and Kittur. 26th January is Republic Day of India and Death Anniversary of Rayanna! 15th August is Independence Day of India and Birth Anniversary of Rayanna! Is it simply coincidence? I do not know. But in my opinion Rani Chennamma, Raje Umaji Naik, Ashfaq Ullah Khan, Bhagat Singh, Tipu Sultan, Raghoji Bhangre, Birsa Munda and many others are REAL NATIONAL LEADERS and SONS of these REAL LEADERS have got BIRTH RIGHT to RULE India. Thus the RAJYABHISHEK of RAYANNA is RAJYABHISHEK of RASHTRIYA SAMAJ and RAJYABHISHEK of RASHTRIYA SAMAJ is SWARAJ of RASHTRIYA SAMAJ. Through our OWN PARTY, our OWN LEADER, our OWN SAMAJ and our OWN CAPITAL, WE can achieve the SWARAJ imagined by RAYANNA of Sangoli and many others. We have our own RASHTRIYA SAMAJ PARTY. I am confident that WE will be ruling India along with Karnataka, Maharashtra many other states and the day is not far away I believe. I am not here to divide leaders or society. But I am here to JOIN the society and leaders divided in the name of Caste, Religion, Language and State. OURS is ONLY NATIONAL PARTY, organized for National Integrity and Nation Building. I promise that I myself and my party workers will be in Belgaum-Nandgad on every 24, 25, 26 January to salute and propagate the NATIONAL WORK done by Rayanna of Sangoli.”
Thus RAYANNA was remembered and honored…
Sangoli Rayanna SMARAK/SAMADHI is located in 2 acre land surrounded with compound. It is looked after by Pujari Shri & Smt Shankar Chavan and his son Govind Chavan. Shepherds from Sangoli with DHOL & JHANZ started the day SALUTING Rayanna the Great on 26th January 2010. Rayanna was hanged on the border of Nandgad. There is old banyan tree which is believed to be there since 200+ years. Near there is MANDIR of Rayanna Nayak. There is beautiful statue of Sangoli Rayanna in midst of Nandgad. National Flag hoisted in front the statue of Rayanna in the presence of Nandgad Villagers & Visiters Rayanna JYOTI was lighted by Shri Janakar, Shri Kurbar, Shri Appugol. On the occasion in the meeting held by RSP Shri Yallappa Kurbar remembered the Sacrifice of Rayanna. Shri Anand Appugol, praised Mahadev Jankar for building our own party.Representatives from all over Karnataka as well as Maharashtra and Goa also were present. Last many years the Residents of Sangoli- Bailhongal used to take Rayanna Jyoti from Nandagad to Sangoli. This year also RAYANNA JYOTI was taken from Nandgad.. Shankar Sonoli of JDS informed that Kumar Swami, Ex C.M. of Karnataka was in Nandgad at midnight to salute the Rayanna. Shankar Sonoli of Nandgad village also said that Shri Mahadev Jankar is first National President of any National Party and Shri Yallapa Kurbar the first KURUBA- DHANGAR Mayor of Belgaum who was in Nandgad on 26th January to salute RAYANNA the GREAT NATIONAL HERO. Leader of apposition Siddhramaiah was in Sangoli to receive and salute the RAYANNA JYOTI brought from Nandgad. Shri K Ishwarappa took the charge of presidential post of BJP Karnataka. Then he was remembering Rayanna also with other National leaders like Sawarakar, Gandhi, Tilak He said that the National work done by RAYANNA is IDEAL MODEL to follow for others. Additional 1 acre land & Fund of Rs10 million was allotted by Government of Karnataka, the sort of news was flashed couple of days before the function. These are the some exceptions.
On 26th January 2010 Republic Day was being celebrated in throughout India with full rejoices, it may be in Delhi or Bangalore but Rayanna who was hanged on 26th January of 1831 for the cause of SWARAJ & FREEDOM of INDIA was forgotten by leaders of the country! So RAJYABHISHEK of Rayanna, the FORGOTTEN NATIONAL HERO became the need of TIME and NATION.Last RAJYABHISHEK CEREMONY was held on 10th December 2008 at the hands of Mahadev Jankar and Representatives of 7 Communities. First RAJYABHISHEK ANNIVERSARY celebrated on 26th January 1010. Rayanna of Sangoli is NATIONAL HERO but DEATH ANNIVERSARY function is being held only in SANGOLI and NANDGAD. Most of the visitors taking part are also from Sangoli and Bailhongal area. Rani Laxmibai of Zanshi 1835-1858 is well known to every citizen of India but Rani Chennamma of Kittur-1778-1829 and Rayanna of Sangoli (1798-1831) is not known out of Karnataka! Now under the leadership of Mahadev Jankar RASHTRIYA SAMAJ PARTY is propagating the NATIONAL WORK done by Rayanna Nayak, Rani Chennamma not only in Maharashtra or in Karnataka but in all over India. Shri Jankar was concluding that ‘Congress calls itself the NATIONAL PARTY but she has done nothing in the name of Rayanna the foremost FREEDOM FIGHTER, so I request them at the earliest SMARAK of RAYANNA the NATIONAL HERO is to be established in Delhi. In Bangalore BJP is ruling they pose themselves NATIONALIST. How come they forgot Rayanna? I heard Karnataka government is providing some fund. I welcome for the positive step taken by Yediurappa Government. But furthermore has to be done as far as RAYANNNA the GREAT is concerned” Taking inspirations from his leader Shri Hanumatappa Pujer President RSP Belgaum said that RSP Belgaum will be MODEL for not only to Karnataka but to Nation India and we will work hard to carry forward the IDEALS of Rayanna of Sangoli under the leadership of Mahadev Jankar. Thus the Rayanna of Sangoli, the forgotten NATIONAL HERO was remembered and honored in the SACRED PLACE of Nandgad- Belgaum where he was taking last breath for the cause of SWARAJ of KITTUR and FREEDOM of INDIA.

RASHTRIYA SAMAJ PARTY – A Party of National Communities ! Now moving towards Political Power...

(The article ‘RSP - Party of Politically Deprived Communities’ was written on the scenario of Last Loksabha Election 2009. Meanwhile Mahadev Jankar succeeded in getting entered his Party-RSP in Maharashtra Assembly in Vidhansabha Election 2009. 1 MLA got elected from Ahmadpur of Latur District in the assembly total of 288 MLAs. Thus Mahadev Jankar & his Rashtriya Samaj Party has entered in Parliamentary Politics. On 29th August 2013 RSP completed its 10 years and celebrated 10th Anniversary. As written in June 2009, RSP has emerged as a political force in Maharashtra and also Mahadeo Jankar is emerging as a national leader fast. The chances of Mahadeo Jankar becoming MP have also increased with Mahayuti alliance of RSP, BJP, Shivsena, RPI – Athavale and Swabhimani Shetakri Sanghatana.  On this background the article is being edited and titled as “RASHTRIYA SAMAJ PARTY – A Party of National Communities! Now moving towards Political Power...”
 - S. Akkisagar, Dt.19/03/2014)

RASHTRIYA SAMAJ PARTY – A Party of National Communities !
Now moving towards Political Power...

From left:Raju Shetty – SSS, (Devendra  Fadnavis President Maharashtra BJP) Mahadeo Jankar – RSP,
Uddhav Thakre - Shivsena, Gopinath Munde - BJP,Ramadas Athavale – RPI of MAHAYUTI - ALLIANCE

Mahadeo Jankar forming his own party - Rashtriya Samaj Party on 29th August 2003 entered in the arena of Parliamentary Politics through Lok Sabha Election 2004 and succeeded in getting his Party’s entry in Maharashtra Assembly in Vidhansabha Election 2009. In total of 288 MLAs there is 1 MLA of RSP. Rashtriya Samaj Party completed its 10 years on 29th August 2013 and celebrated 10th Anniversary at Dahivadi near Satara in Maharashtra.  As written in June 2009, RSP has emerged as a political force in Maharashtra now and Mahadeo Jankar is emerging as a national leader fast. Now RSP has political alliance with BJP, Shivsena, RPI and Swabhimani Shetkari Sanghatana for the coming Loksabha election. There are five Pandvas (Panch Pandav) MAHAYUTI, Shri Gopinath Munde of BJP, Shri Uddhav Thakre of Shivsena, Shri Ramadas Athavale of RPI, Shri Raju Shetty of SSS and Shri Mahadeo Jankar of RSP. MAHAYUTI – ALLIANCE was declared on 14 January 2014. It was SANKRAMAN DAY.  Mahadeo Jankar who had clearly and virtually set his aim by great sacrifice in personal life, lost Madha Loksabha seat in 2009. Mahadeo Jankar has decided to contest from Madha in coming Loksabha election. Last 5 years party was working in Madha Loksabha. Raju Shetty of Swabhimani and Mahadeo Jankar of RSP had asked for Madha. To keep Panch Pandav in tag and to pull down the Congress – NCP Government, Mahadeo Jankar stepped back wisely and decided to contest from BARAMATI of Sharad Pawar. Last time leaving Baramati, Shri Sharad Pawar had come to Madha to fight against Mahadeo Jankar. This time leaving Madha, Mahadeo Jankar is coming to BARAMATI to fight against Smt. Supriya Sule the daughter of Mr Sharad Pawar. Baramati is of Sharad Pawars; this is a Nationwide spread equation. Baramati is like Raibareilly of Indira Gandhi to Sharad Pawar. If Indira Gandhi or Sheela Dixit got defeated then why not Supriyatai Sule; says Mahadeo Jankar confidently. In the changed scenario it can be said that, “Mahadev Janakar who had clearly and virtually set his aim by great sacrifice in personal life will be winning surely from BARAMATI in 2014 and will be a Member of Parliament – MP which is also a Gateway to PM – Prime Ministership.” Thus for MAHADEO JANKAR of RSP, BARAMATI is going to be a way to SANSAD BHAVAN.
बदलाव हम लायेंगे...  बदल आम्ही घडविणार... We will bring Change...
- Mahadeo Jankar

Rashtriya Samaj is a federation of all Indian National Communities.
India is country of CASTES/TRIBES. CASTES/TRIBES belong to many religions and regions speaking different languages in India. Thus, India is the country where Nationalism amongst the Indians has to be deliberately developed. Initially the National Communities were only, ruling India. Then there came Mughals / British/others. British overthrowing Indians from power, started to rule India. These foreign intruders were ruling India for a long period. Thus Indian National Communities of CASTES/TRIBES kept away from the political power. Therefore, it was struggle between ruling Rashtriya Samaj and foreign intruders. However, to hide this fact, propaganda of fake Swaraj Movement between British and Congress was propagated by both. British who founded and formed Congress was in fact fighting for the welfare of upper strata of Indian society. There are many Castes-Tribes - Religions and Sects of different races and beliefs in India. These all communities along with converted Muslims and Christians are also National Communities / RASHTRIYA SAMAJ.

'राष्ट्र' को
सबसे बड़ा माननेवाला 'समाज’: राष्ट्रीय समाज!
राष्ट्र ही देव, राष्ट्र ही जाती, राष्ट्र ही धर्म हमारा!
राष्ट्र बने बलशाली, भाषा - सूत्र हमारा!!

JATI anek DHARMA anek
BHASHA anek RAJYA anek
VICHAR anek MARG anek

RASHTRA hi Dev hamara
RASHTRA hi Jati-Dharma hamara

BHARAT Rashtriya Samaj ka
Bharat par ab RAJ
Nahi chalega Gaironka
- Mahadeo Jankar

Why Rashtriya Samaj Party?
There are many Political parties in India nationally and regionally. CPM or CPI is said to be leftist parties. BJP or Shivsena is said to be rightist parties.  Congress is said to be a middle way party. Now there are two fold political alliances in Delhi, one is Congress alliance and second is BJP alliance. We have many communities belonging to different castes, tribes religions, sects of different languages of different states in Union of India. Then why  Rashtriya Samaj Party? First of all, we have to understand what Rashtriy Samaj is. Diversity and unity among diversity is India Nation. Rashtriya Samaj is the community or Communities which believes Nation is above all. Rashtriya Samaj is National Community. So the Rashtriya Samaj ferderation of national communities who says, we are different but Nation India is above all.  So Rashtriya Samaj Party is party of National Communities. Rashtriya Samaj Party is formed not only to strengthen the Nationality among Indians but to make ONE SOCIETY of Indian Nationals. That is RASHTRIYA SAMAJ.

In the pre Mughal / pre British India, there were several small states/ local governments which were prominently belonging to National communities i.e. Rashtriya Samaj. This is real history of India. But the facts had been distorted and hidden purposefully by the rulers. Details/ proofs are deliberately kept hidden or destroyed by the enemy rulers. It has happened in the entire history of India. Still there are some national heroes in the minds of Indians especially in the Minds of National Communities. Raje Umaji Naik (Ramoshi-Bedar), Raghoji Bhangre (Koli-Walmiki), Sangolli Rayanna (Dhangar-Kuruba), Birsa Munda and many others are the National Heroes who fought and sacrificed their life for Swaraj of India and Indians. British left the India but stll sons of soil, sons of the great National Heroes are kept away from the political power. Thousands of castes and communities comprising more than 90 % of India’s population is national community i.e. Rashtriya Samaj. Rashtriya Samaj which was once a ruler has now became politically deprived communities throughout India. These castes and communities were pushed backward from all political centers of India. Congress and other political parties played important role in doing so. There are many communities which has still not entered in Supreme house of India i.e. Parliament. Politically deprived Rashtriya Samaj needs Political Empowerment to stand with the communities now ruling India. Rashtriya Samaj needs educational, economical and social empowerment. Political empowerment of National Communities – Rashtriya Samaj is the only solution. Empowerment of national communities is empowerment of nation India. Therefore, Swaraj of Rashtriya Samaj is Swaraj of India in real sense.

Mahadeo Jankar – A Pathfinder National Leader
RSP – A Way to Political Power...
On the back ground of this situation, if someone who declares that “I shall become Prime Minister and I will take deprived National Communities to political power soon and sure” by forming his own political outfit Rashtriya Samaj Party and directly challenges a powerful politician like Sharad Pawar in Loksabha Election 2009 contesting against him in Madha, he is Mahadev Jankar. He has evoked great curiosity not only in Maharashtra but also in entire NATION. Mahadeo Jankar is the only Shepherd leader who is working hard to be a National leader crossing over caste and state limit. RSP is OBC-ST based all community party. Without BASE nothing can be constructed so also POLITICAL PARTY. Thus, OBC-ST associated with RSP is playing one of the important ROLES putting IDEAL before all INDIAN DEPRIVED COMMUNITIES, politically or otherwise. OBC-ST is the largest community spread all over India. Shepherds have brotherhoodness within the community and beyond the community. Shepherds have political legacy throughout India. OBC-ST has all natural resources for being BASE and FORCE to build the POLITICAL PARTY. Under the strong WILLPOWER and LEADERSHP of Mahadeo Jankar, Shepherds of Maharshtra are playing the initial ROLE. Mahadeo Jagannath Jankar born on 19th April in a field near Wadhe village, district Satara in Maharastra where his parents were doing sheep herding. After getting primary education in Palsawade, Mahadeo Jankar did his secondary education from Devapur and went on to do his BE from Walchand College, in Sangolli district of Maharashtra. In college days, he started public life as a student leader. He began his social life in early 1988.  Through Yashwant Sena, Mahadeo Jankar started the battle against economical, social, and political injustice faced by Dhangar community. Mahadeo Jankar realised that only NATIONAL LEVEL POLITICAL MOVEMENT CAN solve the problems of deprived Natinal Communities. Jankar also realized that the root cause of problems of Dhangar and other Natinal Communities is in ‘POLITICALLY DEPRIVEDNESS’. Therefore, Mahadeo Jankar decided to go for POLITICAL POWER ONLY. Jotirao Phule is the first MAHATMA of India. Mahatma Phule is first and true Indian NATIONALIST leader of India and FATHER of MODERN SOCIAL INDIA. Mahatma Phule was the first who told British rulers that Education to Indian Masses is the only salvation to uplift India. Mahatma Phule also says, “WITHOUT POWER, EFFICIENCY and TRUTH LOST its MERIT”. This is PHULE-ISM and Mahadeo Jankar took the PATH of PHULEISM. Mahadeo Jankar forming his own party - Rashtriya Samaj Party on 29th August 2003 entered in the arena of Parliamentary Politics. PHULEISM is the ideology of Rashtriya Samaj Party. Thus Mahadeo Jankar became A Pathfinder National Leader for National Communities and RSP, A Way to Political Power.

Mahadeo Janakar – Yes, I want to be a PM...

In college days, Mahadeo Jankar met V P Singh, then Prime Minister. “You also can become Prime Minister of India” were the words of VP Singh, which still bells in his mind, Jankar says. Janakar use to say, yes, I want to become Prime Minister! Then he met Kanshiram one of the MASTER POLITICIAN AND GREAT MAN OF THE TIME. ‘Late Kanshiram is my political GURU’, says Jankar. ‘Dr. Ambedkar the true disciple of Phule said that Political power is Master key to solve the problems’ Jankar quotes. Shepherd boy Chandragupt Mourya dreamt the India, to create and became the first EMPEROR-SAMRAT of India. His grandson Samrat Ashok could build the largest ever united and developed INDIA, 2000 years before. Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar was the first Indian woman known for making the welfare state. These are some great men Jankar was inspired by. Mahadeo Jankar started Marathi Monthly YASHWANT NAYAK on 29th September 1994. Prime aim of Yashwant Nayak was to transform READER community into WRITER community! Moreover, Prime aim of Yashwant Sena was to transform RULED community into RULER community! Through Yashwant Sena, Jankar organised many programmes for socio-political awareness among the deprived communities i.e. Dhangar-OBC Pratinidhi Shodhyatra, IAS-IPS MLA-MP Shodhyatra, Aapla Paksh Shodh-Bodh Yatra, Rashtriya Samaj Nirman Yatra, Atma Sanman Rally, Swaraj Yatra, Raj Karo Yatra etc.

Equal participation to all Community in political power!
A Constitutional responsibility of Government of India
It was, and is the constitutional responsibility of every Government of India to assure equal participation in political power to each section of the society. Largely numbered community like Shepherd or a group of large population is kept deprived of Parliamentary political process, at such a large scale, it is not only incorrect in view of democracy and sociologically but it is not in the interest nationally. However, due participation in political Power has not been given to thousands of communities belonging to SCs, STs, OBCs, and MINORITYs and they are politically deprived. Even after 65 years, no established political party appears to have any desire and preparedness to allow participation to these deprived communities in political power. This as a result has created great dissatisfaction among Shepherd and other deprived National Communities in Maharashtra and in India. Mahadeo Jankar has done a national job by forming RSP aiming at political power to Deprived India, socially and regionally. RSP has been born to bring these deprived communities to their desired destination that is participation in political power and positions. Through political power Mahadeo Jankar and RSP wants to emancipate socio-economic problems of all deprived communities. RASHTRIYA SAMAJ is the New Political Identity and Nomenclature RASHTRIYA SAMAJ given to all Politically Deprived Communities of India by RSP and Mahadeo Jankar. Thus, the RASHTRIYA SAMAJ is FEDERATION of all Politically Deprived Communities of India. As RASHTRIYA SAMAJ is party, National Community is Secular in nature & assures adequate representation to all communities. With the base of few Shepherds and few other National Communities, RSP is emerging as POLITICAL FORCE in Maharashtra. If few more Shepherds and Deprived Communities come under the Powerful Shelter of RASHTRIYA SAMAJ, it will become Power undefeatable. RASHTRIYA SAMAJ has the BIRTH RIGHT to rule India, Mahadeo Jankar says. Further he adds that his contesting of election is not personal but for the party, society and Nation. Mahadeo Jankar tried to put challenge before Congress and BJP and its alliance, which has political legacy through Loksabha Election 2009. RSP allotted candidateship not only to SC/ST and to OBC its equivalents but also to Marathas, Minorities, Jain, Upper Castes, as well. Whether Mahadeo Jankar and RSP will be able to bring POLITICAL POWER to National Communities, the time coming will reveal it. Mahadev Jankar is aiming to PRIME MINISTERSHIP and trying to build National Party of all community. However, Mahadeo Jankar is emerging as national leader and RSP is emerging as a political force. Slowly but gradually communities of different castes /tribes /religions /sects /beliefs /languages /states /regions of India are taking form of RASHTRIYA SAMAJ, which also cannot be stopped now.

Story of Shepherds is story of all other National Communities
The Shepherds who were rulers of erstwhile India like Maurya, Hoysala, Pal, Pallava and Holkars, now almost eliminated from the polity of India. In existing parliament, which is SUPREME HOUSE OF INDIA, there are only 3 MPs from Shepherd Community. Looking at population percentage, Shepherds should have at least 54 MPs in Parliament. However, there are only three MPs from largest Shepherd community in the Parliament of 543+2 throughout India. In Loksabha Election 2009 population of 11 crores plus of Shepherds got only 36 candidatures from all over India. Shepherds were rulers. However, today Shepherd community identified as MOST BACKWARD community. Shepherds pushed backward educationally, professionally, economically and socially. Moreover, ROOT CAUSE of all this kind of BACKWARDNESS is in POLITICALLY DEPRIVEDNESS. Shepherds of India in general are aware and worried about educational, professional, economical BACWARDNESS but not conscious, and worried about POLITICAL BACKWARDNES. Moreover, ROOT CAUSE of all kind of BACKWARDNESS is in POLITICALLY DEPRIVEDNESS. History of the world belongs to the communities, those who have political power. Due to the lack of political consciousness, many communities have vanished from the world. National Communities of India will be vanished if they do not realize and act upon it in time. When Shepherds having glorious HISTORY and SIZABLE POPULATION are on the way of vanishing from the GEOGRAPHY due to political deprivedness, then (comparing to Shepherds) what can be future of other smaller politically and otherwise deprived communities in India? Shepherds or other deprived National Communities are ruling class, but they are ruled. That is the main reason of the problems they are facing! Therefore, National Communities should worry for, the Political Deprivedness most and should move fast, towards the Political Power.

Nevertheless, RSP, which was formed in 2003, was able to get more votes than BSP in its first Loksabaha Election in 2004. RSP stood eighth Number party in its first Loksabha Election in Maharashtra. In Bidar Karnataka, also, RSP candidate was able to get 15630 votes and RSP is National party in its first election. All RSP candidates contested Loksabha 2004 election with comon symbol i. e. Maharashtra Assembly-2009
For the 13th Assembly of Maharashtra, elections were held on 13th October 2009. The ruling Democratic Front (Congress and Nationalist Congress Party) contested the elections against the alliance of ShivSena and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Against the Third Front Known as Republican Left Democratic Front Popularly known as RIDALOS.

Rashtriy Samaj Party of Mahadeo Jankar played important role in forming non-Congress front / non-BJP alliance i.e. REPUBLICAN LEFT DEMOCRATIC FRONT. This front was of Republican, Left and Democratic parties. There were 13 groups in Republicans. Besides RSP CPI, CPM, JDS, PWP, SP, Swabhimani Shetkari Sanghatana MP Raju Shetty, Lokbharati of MLA Kapil Patil, UKD of Kumar Saptarshi and other smaller groups/parties were in the front. RLDF contested on all 288 RSP–26, RPI-101, SP-21, RSP-21, PWP-13, SSP-13, JDS-13, CPM-12, CPI-10, Lokbharati-5 Prahar-2, UKD-1, and LKJP-1. In Maharashtra Mahadeo Jankar National President Rashtriya Samaj Party had given clear target to state party workers 1) To get elected minimum 5 to 10 MLAs. 2) To get 6% vote minimum, to get Recognized Party Status. There were many parties in the third front RLDF contested l 252 seats and won total 12 SP - 4, PWP - 4, CPM -1, Sabhimani Party -1, Prahar -1 RSP -1 seats getting 2464211 votes. RSP won one MLA seat from Ahmadpur Latur. RSP contested 26 seats, won one and stood 3rd on five seats getting total 177126 votes. RPI was unable to get single party. RPI felt it was setback to their party.

Local Body Elections - Maharashtra
RSP has been contesting Local Body Election in Maharashtra since its formation. In the month of September within 8 days of party formation, RSP contested its candidate from Parabhani Jilla Parishad with the symbol Cup and Saucer. Since then it is contesting Jilla parishad, Taluka Panchayat, Village Panchayat along with Municipal Corporations in Metro as well as in big cities like Mumbai and Pune throughout Maharashtra. Now RSP has two Jilha Parishad Members, 6 Taluka Panchayat members and many Panchayat members, Sarapanch and Deputy Sarapanch. Thus, RSP is marching ahead gradually specifically in Maharashtra, Karnataka, Gujarat state. Moreover, RSP is marching ahead slowly but gradually taking roots throughout India.

Mahadeo Jankar – A Prime -Ministerial Candidate...

Mahadeo Jankar at the age of 22 took pledge that “I will remain unmarried, will not make money or wealth for myself during my life time, and shall strive for bringing Political Awareness and Power to Deprived Communities of India On the eve of Loksabha Election 2009, “Deprived Maharashtra has two Prime-Ministerial Candidates – Sharad Pawar and Mahadeo Jankar” news containing this sort of meaning had appeared in ‘Business Standard’ on 22nd March 2009. “RSP marches ahead in SMS campaigning to NCP-BJP”, was the news given by Sakal Daily. This is the news, which proves that Mahadeo Jankar had posed a serious challenge to NCP’s President Sharad Pawar by contesting against him from Loksabha Constituency of Madha. In press conference in Mumbai, Mahadeo Jankar had expressed his intentions to claim for Prime Ministership for the first time. Whereas Sharad Pawar initially and first time was in the race for the post of Prime Minister at the time when Late Prime Minister Rajeev Gandhi was assassinated, but P V Narsimharao won the race surprisingly. Since then Prime Ministership is eluding Sharad Pawar. Sharad Pawar also tried to use the sentiments of “Deprived Maharashtra”. Whereas Mahadeo Jankar put the challenge, first time through Loksabha 2009 and claiming to be a PM before UPA-NDA talking of taking “Deprived Communities of India” to the Political Power through VOTE POWER by Rashtriya Samaj Party. Dhangars OBCs, Tribals, Dalits, Minorities as well as deprived Marathas of Madha organized in support to Mahadeo Jankar with noticeable vigor and as such, the election campaign of Sharad Pawar seemed to be in air. Then it was being said and believed that if Mahadeo Jankar, who clearly and virtually set his aim by great sacrifice in personal life, wins Madha Loksabha seat it would not be SURPRISE/CHAMATKAR. ‘I lost Madha election not the BATTLE,” says Mahadeo Jankar. “I will take National communities- Rashtriya Samaj to political power soon and sure” decisively and firmly Jankar adds then. If someone who declares that “I shall become Prime Minister” by forming his own political outfit Rashtriy Samaj Party, challenged directly a powerful politician like Sharad Pawar in Loksabha 2009 from MADHA, he is Mahadeo Jankar. Now in Lok Sabha 2014 Mahadeo Jankar of RSP is challenging Smt Supriyatai Sule in BARAMATI.

RSP – Now moving towards Political Power...

Under the vigil leadership of Mahadeo Jankar RSP is now moving to Political Power. On 29th August 2013 RSP completed 10 years celebrated 10th Anniversary at Dahivadi near Satara in Maharshtra. Mahadeo Jankar is the only Shepherd leader who is working hard to be National leader crossing over caste and state limit. Thus GANGOTRI of RSP is now taking shape from Maharashtra moving towards Karnataka, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi the Capital City of India. Surely RSP is going to spread in broader GANGA in coming years. On 31st May 20013 there was huge supporting crowd and supporting leaders from many parties including BJP in Chondi Ahamadanagar. Shri Gopinath Munde Senior BJP leader assured in Chondi that he will be taking Mahadeo Jankar in Loksabha surely.

बदल आम्ही घडविणार...
बदलाव हम लायेंगे... We will Change...
Now RSP has political alliance with BJP, Shivsena, RPI and Swabhimani Shetkari Sanghatana for the coming Loksabha election. There are five Pandvas (Panch Pandav) MAHAYUTI, Shri Gopinath Munde of BJP, Shri Uddhav Thakre of Shisena, Shri Ramadas Athavale of RPI, Shri Raju Shetty of SSS and Shri Mahadeo Jankar of RSP. MAHAYUTI – ALLIANCE was declared on 14 January 2014. It was SANKRAMAN DAY.  Mahadeo Jankar who had clearly and virtually set his aim by great sacrifice in personal life Mahadeo Jankar lost Madha Loksabha seat in 2009. Mahadeo Jankar had decided to contest from Madha in coming Loksabha election. Last 5 years party was working in Madha Loksabha. Raju Shetty of Swabhimani and Mahadeo Jankar of RSP had asked for Madha. To keep Panch Pandav in tag and to pull down the Congress – NCP Government, Mahadeo Jankar got step back wisely and decided to contest from BARAMATI of Sharad Pawar. Last time leaving Baramati, Shri Sharad Pawar came to Madha fight against Mahadeo Jankar. This time leaving Madha, Mahadeo Jankar is coming BARAMATI to fight against Smt. Supriya Sule the daughter of Mr Sharad Pawar. Baramati is Sharad Pawar; this is Nation wide spread equation. Baramati is like Raibareilly of Indira Gandhi to Sharad Pawar. If Indira Gandhi or Sheela Dixit got defeated then why not Supriyatai Sule; says Mahadeo Jankar confidently. On 19th April 2014 Mahdeo Jankar of RSP submitted his nomination from Bramati Loksabha on behalf of MAHAYUTI.

Jankar of RSP before media after filing his nomination from Bramati...

In the changed scenario it can be said that, “Mahadev Janakar who has clearly and virtually set his aim by great sacrifice in personal life will be winning surely from BARAMATI in 2014 and will be a Member of Parliament – MP which is also a Gateway to PM – Prime Ministership.” Thus for MAHADEO JANKAR of RSP, BARAMATI is going to be a way to SANSAD BHAVAN. Rashtriya Samaj Party is going to contest about 50 Loksabha seats in India alongwith Baramati-Maharshtra.
